With cutting-edge solutions that drastically reduce service time, they are disrupting an industry traditionally dominated by slow-moving competitors. Backed by a strong track record and a vision for continued expansion, they are looking for top-tier sales talent to drive their next phase of growth.Location : Must be living in the Lower MainlandCompensation : $70K base salary with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $150K, including a monthly commission structure with quarterly bonuses based on gross profit and new business targets.OverviewThe Sales Representative role is a mid-level sales position. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic salesperson to help us grow our customer base and expand our clientele. You will be the frontline of the company and will have the dedication to apply an effective sales strategy, seek new clients, and grow current clients for our organization. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Role and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a strong activity routine, completing 10-15 new meetings each week by prospecting over the phone, in person, and using various written strategies as learned in your training.Demonstrate strong phone skills and apply the training from onboarding.Demonstrate and follow the sales process as trained during onboarding.Develop new and meaningful relationships with prospective clients.Negotiate deals and secure new customers for the organization.Conduct prospect research to identify new customers for the organization.Communicate the company’s unique value proposition and effectively sell our products and services against our competitors.Keep records and track deals and activity in the company’s CRM system.Represent the organization with honesty and integrity and act in accordance with our code of conduct and company values.Continue to learn and invest in your sales skills and stay abreast of industry trends and news.Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills are required.Work closely with the operations team to facilitate the implementation of all new customers.Qualifications and Education Experience : Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, safety, industrial, restoration, or hazardous materials.Lead Generation : Proven experience prospecting and generating your own leadsBachelor's degree is preferredTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Google Suite products is a nice to haveThis position reports to the Interim Chief Revenue Officer and plays a crucial role in driving the organization’s growth and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, taking full ownership of their routine, performance, and results. They are expected to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while proactively contributing to the company’s success.
