Senior Sales Executive
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Executive to join our vibrant Vancouver team!
Our sales team is a powerhouse of experienced sellers who excel in penetrating their industries and have a proven track record in selling professional services. They are brand evangelists, passionate about technology, and creative problem solvers. Our team members thrive on building relationships across enterprise or mid-market local-based accounts, leveraging their deep network of established C-level connections. They are strong listeners, adept at supporting teams in pursuits, and aligning with client agendas. Driven by results, they are ambitious to grow a well-managed, profitable book of business in advisory and technology delivery opportunities.

Hybrid / In office : We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations / requirements
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $119k to $154k. In addition, there is potential for a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to 31% and annual discretionary bonus of up to 31% of base salary, based on individual and company performance. Upon exceeding your Annual Revenue Quota, you are eligible to be considered for an additional Accelerator Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
