Sales Executives serve Slalom’s clients as a trusted partner, building long lasting relationships and executing customized business plans, listening and solutioning on key issues to help drive sales and
facilitate a consistent pursuit process to grow towards more predictable and sustainable sales. The Slalom Executive is an integral part of our team and has the exciting opportunity to engage with executive level buyers and prospects within these areas to grow our Slalom presence.
Successful candidates must deeply understand how to sell consulting services (business, technology, and transformation) thrive in a people-first, client focused corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new opportunities, growing accounts and grow the Slalom brand.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $106k to $138k. In addition, there is potential for a discretionary quarterly bonus of up to 31% and annual discretionary bonus of up to 31% of base salary, based on individual and company performance. Upon exceeding your Annual Revenue Quota, you are eligible to be considered for an additional Accelerator Bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Hybrid / In office : We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations / requirements.
