Responsibilities

• Verify new firmware and test solutions before releasing to production
• Improve process quality and reliability
• Perform statistical studies to validate process capability
• Establish optimum process and provide support to train test team
• Analyze test data and prepare report
• Support in standardizing test benches across multiple sites
• Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard
• Troubleshoot RF test setups to keep the production flowing
• Lead and / or participate in cross‑functional teams to support engineering test projects
• Develop new techniques to streamline test process

Salary and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is currently CAD $101,700 – $173,800. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, and the ultimate job duties and requirements. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock. These incentives and awards are based on individual and / or company performance.
