When joining our team, your role will consist of collaborating withmembers of multidisciplinary engineering teams (engineers, technicians,drafters and other team members) and working on several projects by performingtasks related to consulting engineering such as study, design, detailedengineering or commissioning.

- Applying established calculation and design methods.
- Participating in the preparation and review of process schematics (PFD) and instrumentation / pipework (P&ID)
- Developing mass and water balances with software such as Excel, Bilmat, MetSim or HSC
- Sizing process equipment
- Assisting in the development of internal tools and research in emerging technologies
- Assisting in conducting testwork in BBA’s Material Self-Heating Laboratory
- Receiving theoretical and practical training on the various phases of the work related to your field of academic knowledge
- Participating in the preparation of reports, specifications, quotations and tenders.

Overview of certifications andjob requirements
- Enrolled in a university program in metallurgical or chemical engineering
- Minimum knowledge of reading drawings
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Asset : knowledge of VBA programming
- Asset : previous experience in mineral processing or extractive metallurgy (hydrometallurgy) (internship or in classroom)
