Job Summary
The Program Assistant(s) works closely with community members, partner organizations, and programs in our service areas. They are responsible for assisting with the facilitation of programs, assisting with registration, pre / post-program preparations and helping to build connections with participants. This position requires reliability, facilitation skills, organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Program Description
The On Call Program Assistant position supports various programs and may be within one or more Community Houses. This versatile position may involve assisting with Food Bank operations, supporting After School Children and Youth Programs, supporting Adult Engagement and Community Events as well as general administrative tasks. Must have the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends. This job posting is part of an ongoing hiring process.
