CSC Generation is seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of finance and accounting professionals across our organization.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top finance talent.
This position will report into the VP, Talent Acquisition.
What you get to do every day :
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified finance candidates
- Consult with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing interview teams, and collecting feedback
- Negotiate and extend competitive job offers to selected candidates
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in finance recruiting
- Cultivate a strong network within the finance and accounting community
What you bring to the role :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on finance and accounting roles
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting functions, roles, and qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Proven track record of successfully placing finance professionals in competitive markets
