SAP MM/P2P – Business Systems Analyst Senior

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM/P2P resource to lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on Materials Management (MM) and Procure to Pay (P2P) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP MM and P2P, strong integration knowledge across related modules including SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO, and a track record of delivering full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. This position includes responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery, post-go-live support, and continuous process improvement.

​Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 plus bonus opportunity

Your Challenge:

• design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MM and P2P solutions in an S/4HANA environment.
• Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO.
• Manage full life-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support production processes including Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Workflow
• Handle support activities including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Lead cross-functional workshops, provide guidance on SAP best practices, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Train business users and provide ongoing support for post-implementation activities
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business and IT teams

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and P2P modules, including configuration and support.
• At least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Strong integration experience with SD, EWM, PP, QM, and FICO modules.
• Expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, MRP, and production execution.
• Proven experience with gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications and working closely with developers.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to MM and P2P.
• Familiarity with SAP and / or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to global SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• SAP certification in MM, P2P, or S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
