Cleaner and Coordinator (Executive Housekeeper and Facilities' Maintenance Coordinator)--Must Reside in or near Banff, Canada and Must Already be Permitted to Work in Canada

This position, based from a newly constructed primary residence near the Banff Springs Hotel needs regular upkeep during normal office hours and we hope is just what you're looking for!

Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd (TLR) has a tremendous opportunity for a full-time permanent Executive and Corporate Housecleaning and Coordinating person. TLR is the 27-year-old Property Management and Land Acquisition business for its sister company BURNCO Rock Products Ltd (BURNCO), a 114-year-old, international construction materials business. Example Job Task List (for Office aspects)

• Light duty common area cleaning
• Daily disinfecting of all high traffic surfaces and touch points
• Daily housekeeping tasks as required (written schedule provided)
• Occasional deep cleaning of areas and equipment on a rotational basis
• Maintaining inventory/supply levels/restocking supplies as needed
• Coffee and water set up for meetings, including clean-up
• Catering assistance for meals including full kitchen clean-up
• Reporting and responding to any building issues promptly
• Coordinating and Supervising trades while they work on the property

Requirements

What We Would Like From You

Experience

• Experience in cleaning and organizing residential locations
• Demonstrated ability to productively work with little supervision

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near Banff, Canada/Already Permitted to Work in Canada
• Residential/Commercial property cleaning: 2 - 3 years (preferred)
• Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute
• Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)
• Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)
• Having a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License is desirable.
