Availability Requirement: To be scheduled, availability must include a minimum of 2 days per week with 8 hours per shift, contingent upon business levels permitting. Preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th).

Servers will be required to work in various venues based on business levels.

This role is not eligble for Staff Accomodations .

Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour.

What you will be doing:

• Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
• Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
• Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
