Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Forklift Order Picker for a busy distribution centre environment in Caledon, ON. This is a great opportunity for an experienced order picker operator who enjoys fast-paced warehouse work, values safety, and takes pride in accuracy and productivity.
This role is ideal for someone with recent Order Picker forklift experience, fall arrest certification, RF scanner experience, and the ability to perform physical warehouse duties in a high-volume picking environment. You will be joining a team-focused workplace with strong leadership, structured training, opportunities for growth, and a positive culture where attendance, communication, safety, and quality matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate an Order Picker forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse distribution centre.
- Pick bulk products accurately using an RF scanner while maintaining strong productivity standards.
- Lift, move, push, and slide products weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily warehouse duties.
- Complete picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, including harness and fall arrest requirements when operating elevated equipment.
- Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, communication, and teamwork in a production-based environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $22.50 per hour, including premium.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday day shift.
- Shift timing provided: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential requirement to start earlier or work overtime during peak periods.
- Location: Caledon, ON.
