Job Title : Data Entry Clerk

Contract Duration : Mid November until approximately end of April 2026

Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable contractor to support a time-sensitive project involving financial data entry and mail processing. The role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with repetitive tasks and possess computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry (Approx. 70% of role) :

Review values from Excel spreadsheets and input them into the internal source system to create financial transactions.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry tasks.

Ramp-up period expected; efficiency may shift task balance over time.

Mail Processing (Approx. 30% of role) :

Sort incoming mail as part of the team’s operational workflow.

No scanning or uploading required; strictly physical mail sorting.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.

Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with patience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

English fluency required; French is considered an asset but not mandatory.
