Job description3–7 years in digital marketing, content, communications, or technical writing. Strong writing and content development abilities (short + long form). Ability to interpret technical information accurately. Experience with LinkedIn content execution. Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, funnels, analytics). Comfort collaborating with design and video teams. Experience in B2B marketing, content creation, or technical communications. Organized, fast‑moving, and able to manage multiple content threads. Confident in storytelling, but open to direction and iteration. Success in automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or engineering‑heavy environments is a plus. Basic visual creation skills (Canva or Adobe) are a plus. Storyboarding or video production familiarity is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot, Odoo, AI tools is a plus. Pack-Smart Inc. designs high‑speed automation systems used in secure packaging, payment, identity, telecom, and document production worldwide. We’re seeking a Creative Strategy Lead & Digital Marketing Strategist who can bridge engineering, design, and marketing—turn complex technology into clear compelling stories.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineers to understand new systems, features and technologies.
- Distill technical details into marketable messages, value propositions, and clear content.
- Support the creation of sales collateral, brochures, product sheets, and website content.
- Draft LinkedIn posts, articles, scripts, micro‑content, and internal messaging.
- Assist with creative direction for videos, visuals, and product storytelling.
- Support campaign strategy, content planning, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Maintain consistent content calendars and structured workflows.
- Publish day‑to‑day content on LinkedIn (company and leadership accounts).
- Repurpose engineering updates into short, engaging posts and clips.
- Monitor engagement and optimize content based on performance.
- Ensure clear, actionable information flows between engineering, sales, and creative teams.
- Prepare internal briefs, organize content assets, and keep distribution on schedule.
