ServiceMaster of the Valley is seeking skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing restoration and reconstruction team.

In this role, you'll help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, and other disasters. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy solving problems, and want meaningful work that makes a difference, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of carpentry related to restoration and reconstruction projects
- Complete framing, drywall installation and repairs, trim work, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing work
- Read and interpret work orders, project plans, and specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and customers
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards
- Assist with demolition and other reconstruction tasks as required
- Help lead and train more inexperienced team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with restoration or insurance-related reconstruction is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and eagerness to help our community
