About the Opportunity :

We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic all-rounder to join our team as an Administrative and Financial Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who enjoys a variety of tasks, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling both high-level tasks and detail-oriented work, such as financial tracking.

Tasks

Financial tracking and reporting
Liaison, relationship management, and outreach coordination
Support with FSC certification processes
Funding application preparation and tracking
Process management and improvement
Scheduling and calendar management
Various other organizational office tasks as needed

Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Accounting experience (e.g. Quickbooks)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

Experience in a similar role is an asset, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

German language skills is a bonus
