SERESPRO is currently seeking registered nurses (RNs) who are members of the OIIQ to fill temporary nursing mandates under professional service contracts. These positions are available in a variety of healthcare settings located in :

Montreal and surrounding areas (CHSLDs, hospitals, CLSCs)

Remote and northern regions of Quebec , where the need is high

2. Description of Expected Services

Selected professionals will be expected to :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly and vulnerable populations

Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Ensure rigorous clinical follow-up of clients

Comply with OIIQ standards and clinical protocols

CRSSS de la Baie-James

Inuulitsivik Health Centre (Hudson Bay region)

Tulattavik Health Centre of Ungava (Ungava Bay region)

Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay

Exceptional working conditions :

Hourly rate up to $105 / hour

Per diem up to $40 / day

Option 3 : Remote & Eastern Quebec Regions

Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Gaspésie, Côte-Nord, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Bas-Saint-Laurent

Assignments from 4 to 12 weeks , with possibility of renewal

Multiple contract departures available for summer

Work settings : regional health centers, CHSLDs, local clinics, general hospitals

Diverse clienteles – general care, post-surgery, medicine, long-term care

4. Professional Conditions & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate : up to $105 / hour , depending on region, mandate, and experience

Per diem allowance : $20 to $40 / day (depending on region and assignment)

Free housing based on the contract (furnished apartment, private room, or lodging)

Round-trip travel covered (airfare or vehicle, depending on region)

Option to work as a self-employed contractor (MOI) or as an employee , depending on the contract

5. Required Profile

Must be a registered nurse with the OIIQ

Minimum 6 months of clinical experience (CHSLD or equivalent experience is an asset)

Excellent adaptability, independence, and organizational skills

Proficiency in French (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel outside your home region for contract-based assignments

Requirements :

Licensed nurse   in good standing with the   Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) .

Minimum of   6 months of clinical experience   (experience in long-term care facilities (CHSLD) or similar settings is a plus).

Strong   adaptability , autonomy, and professional rigor.

Proficiency in   French   (written and spoken);   functional English   depending on the region.
