We are looking for a compassionate and caring

• with a passion for the elderly to temporarily join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care / Assisted Living Facility in
• Kelowna, British Columbia.

• 2 months

• Kelowna, B.C.

• ASAP
• Compensation :
• 45.00 per hour _
• travel allowance + accommodation + weekly allowance
• Responsibilities and duties :
• Performs assessments.
• Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
• Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
• Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications :
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).

Job Type : Casual

Pay : $45.00 per hour

Additional pay :

• Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement :

• French not required

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
