We are looking for a compassionate and caring
- with a passion for the elderly to temporarily join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care / Assisted Living Facility in
- Kelowna, British Columbia.
- Contract :
- 2 months

- Kelowna, B.C.

- ASAP
- Compensation :
- 45.00 per hour _
- travel allowance + accommodation + weekly allowance
- Responsibilities and duties :
- Performs assessments.
- Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
- Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications :
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
- Overtime pay
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
