Stay in contact with clients to perform 3D scanning based on specific needs; Process the collected data to extract reliable results for quality control, reverse engineering, or dimensional analysis; Deliver the project on time, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables; Train users on Creaform products and software to help them become autonomous and efficient; Answer technical questions and support the client in using the solutions; Collaborate with your team to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to the evolution of technologies. Degree in engineering (technical or university level) or equivalent experience; Fluency in French and English (Spanish is an asset); Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas (approximately 50% of the time); Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and resourcefulness; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Strong interest in customer service and sales; Comfortable with both oral and written communication.
