Job Description

What your weeks are going to look like

• Design and integration of complex interface systems directly in Unreal (UMG/Slate);
• Visual research;
• Creation and optimization of custom shaders and materials for advanced visual effects;
• Collaboration with designers, artists, and programmers to solve multi-platform integration challenges;
• Debugging, profiling, and UI optimization to ensure smooth performance on PC, consoles, and other platforms;
• Improvement of the UI pipeline and documentation of best practices for the team.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• College degree in graphic design, multimedia, or any other relevant field;
• Five (5) or more years of experience in interface design for video games;
• Excellent proficiency with Unreal UMG and Blueprints (Slate is an asset);
• Experience with Unreal animation systems, an asset;
• Advanced skills in shader/material creation;
• Strong understanding of UX and interaction design principles;
• Interest in complex technical challenges and optimization;
• English proficiency required, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners;
• Portfolio and/or demo required.
