Job description

At Croesus, we are at the forefront of digital transformation in the wealth management industry. As a provider of innovative, high-performance, and secure solutions, we offer a comprehensive range of tools, from portfolio management systems to application programming interfaces (APIs). Our mission is to empower wealth management professionals to reach new heights of productivity, strengthen their client relationships, and make informed decisions, while simplifying the management of assets under management.

With over 200 employees across our offices in Montreal, Toronto, and Geneva, we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact on the community. 2026 marks a crucial stage in our growth trajectory. Faced with increased demand for our cutting-edge solutions, we are looking for a collaborative and results-driven recruitment expert to help grow the tech talent driving our future.

The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist designs, implements, and optimizes bold and scalable talent acquisition strategies that anticipate talent needs and ensure a competitive advantage.

The person takes a resolutely creative, proactive, and data-driven approach to building candidate pools upstream, developing talent communities, and continually rethinking ways to attract, engage, and recruit the best technology profiles.

Acting as an expert, strategist, and ambassador for the employer brand, they actively contribute to positioning Croesus as an employer of choice in a context of growth, innovation, and continuous transformation.

  • Explore and leverage new sources of talent (specialized communities, emerging networks, technology ecosystems, advanced social media, etc.).
  • Manage, moderate, and monitor our company pages (Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Approach and engage passive candidates using personalized, targeted, and differentiated strategies.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with potential talent, even in the absence of immediate needs.
