In this role, you will:

Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.
Manage complains and claims regarding service delivery professionally thanks to your empathy and commitment to others.

Qualifications:

Bilingual – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Québec and will need to answer calls in English between 10% to 15% of the time.
Be available to work 5 days anywhere from 20 to 40 hours per week: Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 8:30 pm, Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space, within the province of Québec.
At least three years of customer service experience.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.
Call center experience, a strong asset.
Excellent communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent completed.
