We are currently seeking experienced Clinical Business Analysts to support a major healthcare transformation initiative focused on standardizing and integrating clinical documentation and workflows into a unified Clinical Information Solution (CIS). This role will play a key part in designing and implementing province-wide clinical standards, including order sets and documentation templates used by physicians, nurses, and other frontline healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in clinical informatics, healthcare operations, and CIS / EHR implementation projects, with proven experience in gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, conducting gap analyses, and producing detailed design documentation. Bilingual communication skills in French and English are strongly preferred, as is experience working within public health environments.
