The position is permanent, on-site mode and with great benefits.RESPONSIBILITIESHelp desk management

• Respond to all problems and malfunctions, providing advice andassistance as needed;
• Oversee the maintenance of a range of equipment ranging from workstations toservers and networks.Network Administrationnetwork infrastructure, wireless infrastructure, switches and routers;
• Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve issuestechniques;Database Administration
• Optimized performance and resource control of various databasesdata;
• Communicate regularly with technical personnel, personnel in theapplications and operational staff to ensure the integrity and security of the databaseof data;
• Commission and install new applications;
• In charge of backups, restores, installations and upgrades;
• Assist in the development of new projects and systems, when required.IT Administration
• Supervise the installation, configuration and deployment of workstations (includingincluding software and operating systems, productivity software andbusiness applications that are associated with the company), servers, equipmentdata center and security tools;
• Oversee troubleshooting and internal customer support;
• Perform needs analyzes for business projects involving IT;
• Research, price and recommend technology purchases forprojects and daily operations;
• Articulate technical requirements for departmental IT initiatives;
• Manage relationships with external companies for services, support andquestions regarding products, including contractors, developers andother suppliers;JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & Experience
• University degree in computer science and / or related fieldrelated or equivalent work experience);
• 5-7 years of experience in support, implementation and / or administrationKnowledge & Qualifications
• Familiarity with web tools and technology; understand the problems ofnetwork; ideally have relevant server experience;
• In-depth practical and technical knowledge of systems-networks, protocols and standards such as : Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP / IP, VoIP,Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing, etc.;
• Ability to work closely with IT project managers,database programmers and web developers;
• Skills in project management and effective management of resources inthe execution of several projects;
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues and errors.system and applications;
• Solid skills in project management and have a recognized track record at the level ofexecution of business strategies;
• In-depth understanding of hardware and systems, including the equipment of thedata center, servers, desktop computers, mobile devices,network infrastructures and security tools.Personal attributes
