We are seeking a Supplier Quality Senior Advisor to ensure excellence in every aspect of our complex infrastructure projects and specifically in utilities (Electric Transmission & Distribution). In this role you will lead supply chain quality assurance and control processes guaranteeing compliance with industry standards client specifications and regulatory requirements for materials and equipment used in our projects. Your expertise will help us deliver projects that meet the highest standards of safety durability and performance.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from home AND our Vancouver office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain quality assurance by overseeing supplier quality management processes conducting quality reviews and ensuring compliance throughout manufacturing operations
• Coordinate materials and equipment quality assurance for projects by managing supplier relationships collaborating on procurement activities and performing supplier factory process and system audits
• Lead global manufacturing oversight by monitoring activities reviewing and approving supplier quality plans and documentation and ensure alignment with organizational requirements
• Drive quality control and improvement by conducting inspections tracking and resolving non-conformances and implementing corrective actions to maintain operational excellence
• Plan and optimize team operations by developing schedules allocating resources effectively and leading initiatives to improve efficiency and quality across projects
