The testing advisor (software testing) is responsible for participating in the development and maintenance project of the payroll and human resources application;

Your future duties and responsibilities :

Performs manual testing of modified or added features;

Participates in automated testing of modified or added features.

Produces test scenarios;

Ensures compliance with initial requirements;

Documents anomalies detected during functional, integrated, and acceptance testing;

Participates in defining and implementing improvements within the team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, human resources, and time management solutions, or in quality assurance testing;

Minimum college diploma in a related field (administration, IT, software quality, etc.);

Experience in application, web, mobile, or AS testing (an asset);

Experience with agile development cycles (an asset);

Experience with Jira, Confluence, and XRay (an asset)

Strong learning ability;

Ability to work in a team, but also to be independent;

Possess advanced analytical skills;

Demonstrate thorough follow-ups;

Independent time and priority management;

Flexible work schedules;

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel)

Fluency in spoken and written French
