Assurer l'entretien des bâtiments, des machines et la gestion des réparations. Contrôler l'utilisation des pièces, la qualité des travaux et l'efficacité. Coordonner les interventions avec des fournisseurs externes si nécessaire. Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques de santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE). Identifier et traiter les situations à risque en matière de HSE. Gérer les demandes d'achat d'outils, d'équipements et de fournitures. Collaborer avec la production pour planifier les réparations et les installations. Veiller à l'acquisition et au maintien des compétences des employés en fonction des tâches effectuées. S'assurer que l'équipement est en bon état et fonctionne sans risque, en mettant en place des mesures de protection si nécessaire. Expérience en maintenance industrielle (4+ ans) et en supervision (2+ ans préféré). Connaissance des équipements électriques et mécaniques. Compétences en lecture et rédaction de documentation technique. Familiarité avec les normes de sécurité et environnementales (HSE). Profil pratique avec une capacité à intervenir directement sur le terrain. Excellentes compétences en collaboration et en mentorat. Esprit d'initiative, autonomie et mindset entrepreneurial.
