For over 100 years, FLINT teams have been building critical infrastructure that powers communities. Now, we're looking for journeyperson pipefitters who want to join a crew where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your expertise helps strengthen everyone around you.
We're currently hiring Journeyperson Pipefitters for permanent roles in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ pipefitting experience in O&G or heavy industrial maintenance environments.
- Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Confined Space Entry
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
