The Opportunity
This is not just another QA role — it is a chance to take the wheel and become the driving force behind a quality and compliance program that the entire organization stands behind. You will have a true seat at the leadership table where your voice carries weight, your ideas shape strategy, and your expertise influences the future of the business.
In this role, you will build, lead, and elevate quality systems that strengthen customer confidence, improve operational performance, and keep the organization audit-ready as it scales. You’ll have the authority to modernize processes, secure key certifications, and foster a culture where quality is owned by everyone, not enforced by one department. All of this takes place within a people-first company that backs its leaders, invests in continuous improvement, and rewards impact with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and long-term career growth.
If you are a quality leader who thrives on raising standards, inspiring teams, and leaving a lasting mark across the supply chain, this is the stage you’ve been waiting for.
Position Description
- Champion the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring full alignment with globally recognized standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and ISO-based requirements
- Oversee internal and external audits, customer visits, and third-party certifications, while ensuring the facility is always audit-ready
- Manage document control, deviation tracking, investigations, and corrective actions
- Guide and mentor a dedicated quality team, reinforcing a culture where food safety and compliance are shared priorities across all departments
- Partner with Operations, Warehouse, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues, reduce risk, and strengthen process capability
- Own recall simulations, traceability exercises, root-cause investigations, and customer complaint responses
- Drive proactive continuous-improvement initiatives using data, trend analysis, and performance metrics
- Lead employee training and awareness programs focused on GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- Serve as the key liaison during management reviews, customer communications, and certification body interactions
