The Software Quality Assurance Specialist helps DevOps teams deliver value into production in alignment with customer expectations.

Analysis and Preparation

• Analyze and understand client business needs and requirements prior to delivery cycles
• Prepare test cases and scenarios based on client specificities (flavors and features)
• Plan and coordinate test campaigns for the various version releases
• Manage data sets and configuration to account for client flavors

Execution and Test Monitoring

• Execute non-automated test cases and scenarios (flavors and features) in the staging environment
• Analyze test results and produce personalized reports by client
• Handle anomalies and coordinate their resolution

Environment and Version Management

• Ensure the availability and stability of test environments throughout delivery cycles (migration, monitoring, configuration)
• Manage the release of evolving versions (needs, anomalies, Go-NoGo, waivers)

Coordination and Governance

• Coordinate activities with DevOps teams, TCVE, and Delivery Managers (DMs)
• Work in close collaboration with the POs of the various DevOps teams
• Ensure transparency on Agile Release Trains by reporting progress and delivered value
• Issue Go approvals for client UATs
• Approve Pull Requests (PRs) targeting branches other than Develop
• Validate and process waiver requests by evaluating the associated risks

***The working language is French. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience in writing and executing test cases
• Experience with a test and defect management tool (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Xray)
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test data management
• Experience with version control and branching workflows (Git)
• Experience in project management (asset)
• Knowledge of Croesus products and client specificities (asset)
• Knowledge of automated testing (asset)
• Programming knowledge — C#, Java, or JavaScript (asset)
• Knowledge and use of AI in a QA context (asset)
