What We Will Deliver :

We focus on the development of a proprietary pipeline of wellness and healthcare products, with a specific focus on highly differentiated products that address unmet medical and consumer needs. By leveraging our unique and enabling R&D capabilities, we are building a pipeline that includes inhalable medicines, nicotine replacement therapies (NRT), and consumer wellness products.

About the Role :

Your future career starts here. As our Product Development Manager, you will be a crucial part of our team, leading end-to-end product development projects including research, concept, development, and production up to commercialization. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that newly developed solutions align with brand positioning, comply with local market regulations, are supported by scientific evidence, and contribute to revenue growth. Your role will support the global growth of our Consumer Health Category, ensuring its competitive positioning in the international marketplace by developing functional, profitable, and appealing solutions.

Responsibilities Include :

• Ensure on-time delivery of new products to market in line with business goals.
• Create Target Product Profiles that meet identified consumer needs based on ingredient science and an understanding of what concepts can be successfully executed.
• Drive internal cross-functional teams and external partners to launch new products / product reformulations on schedule.
• Lead execution of product development activities including formulation / analytical development, sensory evaluation and optimization, claims support studies (including human trials), packaging development and stability, process transfer and scale-up, and the generation of claims support documentation.
• Monitor project risks and intervene if required to maintain project progression.
• Work alongside the consumer & brand marketing team to bring products to market and optimize product line expansion.
• Stay current with the dietary supplement category, competition, formulation / processing technologies, and nutritional ingredient trends and bring unique and relevant insights into the organization.

About You :

You will have strong experience in product development and expertise, ideally in food supplements. Your cultural awareness will aid you in working across international markets, and you should be open to international travel. You thrive in fast-paced environments, working independently and in teams, coordinating technical projects effectively. You are a natural analytical problem solver who sees multiple solutions and has strong follow-through and execution skills.
