Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Media & Entertainment team (EMS) with a focus on driving the vision and plan for our industry cloud, Autodesk Flow.

Autodesk Flow is built on Autodesk’s Design and Make Platform and connects workflows, data, and teams across the entire production lifecycle from earliest concept to final delivery.

Reporting to the VP, Production Management & Platform, you will be involved in defining, designing, and building the next generation of solutions and services for film, tv, and game-based workflows.

You’ll help execute the product strategy and guide teams on how to maximize impact of those strategies by leveraging data and research.

You will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to execute against our product strategy, ensuring we are prioritizing the workflows to deliver the most impact to our customers.

This role can be on-site, hybrid or remote anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

Work closely with leads across Development, Design and Architecture to ensure complete alignment between business goals and development work.

Be able to collaborate and get help from counterparts at the right time.

Be the connective tissue and glue between development teams, stakeholders, and customers

Able to define most impactful customer outcomes, discover opportunities, and discover solutions

Data-based decision-making including prioritization across multiple initiatives with competing priorities. Leverage customer insight, usability studies, research, and market analysis to shape product concepts and requirements

Influence and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of key decisions and trade-offs

Balance customer needs against short-term versus longer-term benefit

Articulate and promote the direction of our platform by envisioning features and functions over time to be delivered

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to take a complex topic and make it digestible

Run customer councils through strategic direction, speaking, and content curation

Inherently collaborative nature and bias toward partnership

Work with relevant marketing and GTM stakeholders to launch new product services and capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of experience in a customer facing role and SaaS / cloud / platform product management experience.Enterprise level SaaS industry experience and experience launching a collaboration product desired

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Have direct experience delivering 0-to-1 products. Operate in a rapid experimentation mode with customers

Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile methodologies

Understanding of tactics and frameworks that support product discovery

Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment at scale

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire principal(e) de produits pour joindre notre équipe Multimédia et divertissement (EMS), avec pour objectif de développer la vision et le plan de notre système infonuagique industriel, Autodesk Flow.

Autodesk Flow s’appuie sur la plateforme de conception et fabrication d’Autodesk et connecte les flux de travaux, les données et les équipes tout au long du cycle de production, du concept initial à la livraison finale.

Sous la direction du ou de la vice-président(e), gestion de production et de la plateforme, vous serez impliqué dans la définition, la conception et la construction de la prochaine génération de solutions et de services pour les flux de travail basés sur le cinéma, la télévision et les jeux.

Vous aiderez à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de produit et guiderez les équipes sur la façon de maximiser l’impact de ces stratégies en tirant parti des données et de la recherche.

Vous allez vous associer à plusieurs équipes interfonctionnelles pour mettre en œuvre notre stratégie de produit, en veillant à ce que nous définissions les flux de travaille plus appropriés pour offrir le plus d'impact possible à nos clients.

Ce rôle peut être sur place, hybride ou à distance, n’importe où aux États-Unis ou au Canada.

Responsabilités

Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables du développement, de la conception et de l'architecture pour garantir un alignement parfait entre les objectifs commerciaux et le travail de développement.

Exploiter les connaissances des clients, les études d'utilisation, les recherches et l'analyse du marché pour façonner les concepts et les exigences du produit

Influencer et gérer plusieurs parties prenantes pour garantir une compréhension partagée des décisions clés et des compromis

Équilibrer les besoins du client avec les avantages à court terme et à plus long terme

Expliquer et promouvoir l'orientation de notre plateforme en prévoyant des fonctionnalités et des fonctions à livrer au fil du temps

Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation et de narration pour assimiler un sujet complexe et le rendre plus facile à appréhender

Diriger des conseils de consommateurs par le biais d'une orientation stratégique, de discussions et de la gestion de contenu

Esprit collaboratif et tendance à la création de partenariats

Collaborer avec les parties prenantes de marketing et de stratégie de mise en marché concernées pour lancer de nouveaux services et de nouvelles capacités produits

Exigences minimales

Entre 8 et 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle orienté vers la clientèle et dans la gestion des produits de logiciel-service (SaaS) / infonuagiques / des plateformes Expérience de niveau entreprise dans le secteur de logiciel-service (SaaS) et pour le lancement d'un produit de collaboration souhaité

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en commerce, en ingénierie, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe

Expérience directe dans la livraison de produits, de la conception à la livraison Travailler en mode d'expérimentation rapide avec les clients

Connaissance du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (CVDL) et des méthodologies agiles

Compréhension des tactiques et des structures qui prennent en charge la découverte de produits

Expérience démontrée lors de l'utilisation d'un environnement matriciel à grande échelle

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860.

Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
