Product Manager

Job Description

The MP&A Product Management team is focused on improving processes and systems that impact lululemon's merchandising, planning, and allocations teams. They identify key business requirements that support our global MP&A processes ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies. They provide the business process context necessary to guide technical decision making, while leveraging our connection with the business to enroll stakeholders on key process changes and impacts.

Day in the Life

Delivery & Execution

• Responsible for the product management of our merchandise planning systems : prioritizing, driving and delivering features and unlocking new capabilities
• Prioritizes the backlog and ensures visibility to upstream and downstream partners
• Ensures quality of the product and manages & triages bugs efficiently
• Anticipates implementation challenges and develops mitigation strategies to minimize risk
• Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager

Knowledge of agile software development

Experience with retail technology
