• Good communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simply and explain complex problems to different types of audiences with varied technical skills.
• Passion for and / or experience in philanthropy and volunteerism, technology for social good, corporate social responsibility best practices, and the nonprofit community.
• Creative, resourceful, and capacity to grasp new technologies concepts quickly.
• Team player with experience collaborating with global, virtual teams.
• Contribute to providing ad hoc technical support to pro bono projects struggling to deliver on key deliverables to external charitable stakeholders, preventing risk to MS brand.
• Providing technical support of Codeathons for Good suite by :
• Working on vendor product integrations.
