Position Summary

Be the calm after the storm! As a Cleaner/Packer at On Side Restoration, you’ll play a vital role in helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. From carefully packing and cleaning belongings and spaces to supporting other restoration crews, you’ll bring care, precision, and positivity to every job. If you’re ready to get dirty, roll up your sleeves and make a real difference when people need it most, we’d love to have you on our team!

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $22-$25/hour
  • On-call premium paid for rotating coverage
  • Overtime opportunities (where applicable)

What You’ll Do

  • Pack, catalog, and clean contents from disaster-affected areas
  • Perform pre/post-construction and structural cleaning
  • Clean fabrics, textiles, and various surfaces
  • Use Encircle Restoration Software for inventory
  • Cross training in demolition and water emergencies

What You Bring

  • 2+ year of experience in cleaning and/or moving
  • Experience in restoration is an asset
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Physically fit, capable of heavy lifting and safety-conscious
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps/software)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
  • Clear criminal record
  • English proficiency, written and spoken

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
