North Shore Honda is currently looking to fill the position of a Service Advisor.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promptly meet and greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
- Handle client concerns and / or misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
- Complete vehicle inspections
- Obtain pre-authorization costs, parts availability, and payments
- Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations
- Explain what service / repair is recommended to customers
- Monitor repair process, check job status and update work in process
- Monitor all repair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
- Review CSI monthly score and day to day performance
- Review with the customer loaner policies and warranty details
- Other duties as assigned by management
