As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting many financial advisors in their network, ensuring their clients receive top-notch service and their financial goals are met.

What You’ll do
- Initiate and manage the review process, book meetings, ensure all steps are completed in the PFU process, and implement agreed-upon recommendations.
- Maintain the integrity of proprietary software.
- Complete cash flows for new and existing clients, ensuring accuracy in computations.
- Build new tools and spreadsheets as required to enhance service delivery.
- Manage and oversee contracted software programmers.
- Complete all paperwork for insurance and investment applications.
- Handle contributions, withdrawals, and PAC administration.
- Notify clients about RRSP contribution deadlines and limits.
- Prepare for client meetings with relevant documents and insights.
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Update client metrics and internal revenue metrics.
- Enhance processes related to investment, insurance, and administrative departments.
- Print statements, complete illustrations for advisors, organize medicals, and communicate with underwriters.
- Ensure all disclosure and legal paperwork is completed and filed.
- Document all work in the CRM system.
- Perform other duties as directed by advisors and as expected of a Financial Planning Coordinator
What You Bring
- The candidate must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Licenses / Certifications such as LLQP, Life Licensed, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CSC (Canadian Securities Course) are mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What’s In It for You
This job role offers a salary of $70,000 $100,000 with incentives from sales up to $50,000. Other excellent benefits include extended healthcare, dental, vison, life and disability insurance after 3 months’ probation.
