Job description
Our client is seeking an SAP S / 4 Application Security Consultant contractor to join their project immediately for a 12 month contract with possibility for extension. This will be a remote setting with the potential for some very occasional travel to Montreal at key project milestones.
- The ideal candidates MUST have a strong background in S / 4 migration and implementation work and will play a crucial role in ensuring the security aspects of the project are addressed.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement user provisioning procedures.
- Generate user IDs and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Proactively identify and address potential security issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in security planning, providing insights and solutions to mitigate risks.
- Provide oversight for two main releases : Locomotive Asset Class and Engineer Capital Planning.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to connect various security-related dots across the project.
- Experience with Saviynt Integration, One-Steam, Vertex, APM (Application Performance Monitoring), EPPM (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management), and Open Text will be considered an asset.
- Proven experience in S / 4 migration / implementation projects is essential.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
