SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Person who, in addition to performing an entire range of complex administrative tasks, takes responsibility, within her / his administrative unit, for the coordination and qualitative control of a set of functions dealing with the office administration, office automation and secretarial tasks. Her / his responsibilities generally and mainly include the organization of office work or of an area of such activity such as accounting or procurement.
REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Must hold a completed High School diploma and at least one (1) year of relevant experience;
Knowledge and Abilities :
Excellent knowledge of routine office work;
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher;
Practical, attentive to detail and analytical;
Sense of accountability, resourcefulness and vigilance;
Proactive, autonomous, flexible and discrete;
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);
