Customer Support SpecialistHave you worked in customer-service or as a receptionist, secretary, or administrator, buyer, or call-centre agent?   Would like to step up to a role where your strong communication skills, coupled with your inquisitive personality can serve in addressing and satisfying the needs of aerospace-sector customers worldwide?   Would you like to join a growing team that has a friendly family culture because of the very customer-oriented personalities within the team?   Our client, situated in Montreal, is a local manufacturer that fabricates metal parts for the commercial and defense aerospace sector.   Their team is looking for an easy-going yet dynamic individual who will be the first-line contact in the after-sales support department and who has the ability to coordinate between departments. You will need strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. With 1 to 2 months initial training, you will act as the main liaison between customers and internal Production, Engineering, Accounting and Quality departments. You will assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team. Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Although our client needs someone bilingual, you will need to be perfectly fluent in English, both written and spoken, to respond to the international clientèle. Essential skills include computer literacy (of course!) with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Preferred but non-essential skills are knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and experience within a manufacturing environment. Note that there is no work from home as you would be working in the offices and the facility to address issues for clients. Our client is proud to have many employees that stay over 20 years because of their warm, collaborative working culture.Salary :   55-60k, 37 hours per week, 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8 am to 2 pm Fridays, with 1 hour for lunch.  Health and dental benefits package.
