Description de poste

The Westmount Ophthalmological Clinic is looking for a medical secretary who is perfectly bilingual (French and English) and skilled with computer software (Office Suite). The person sought will have to respond to the various requests from doctors, technicians, nurses and patients. Able to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities :

ReceptionistCommunicate with patients and doctors by telephone or emailManage patient appointments with electronic medical record (EMR) softwareAdministrative support to doctors and other medical staff such as billing, case management and reportingAbility to work in clinic operations functions.Perform all other related tasks as neededPerform various office and administrative tasks

Experiences :

Experience with “Electronic Medical Records – EMR” software will be an asset.Medical secretary : 1 year minimum

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to be able to work independently are essential.

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Remuneration : from $20.00 per hour

Benefits : Metro station 300m awayHourly : 8 HoursMonday to FridayDay shiftPosition location :   In premises
