MoD is partnering with a global leader in transportation and mobility solutions to hire a Project Coordinator to support one of its teams! In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support on large-scale, international infrastructure projects.

This is a 12-month contract hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Project administration; supporting the launch of new projects, schedule meetings, coordinate weekly/monthly reporting
Logistics support; assist with travel arrangements, process purchase requisitions/invoices, coordinate shipments/team events
Data and documentation management; maintain correspondence logs, proofread and edit documents, track project deliverables and submit contractual deliverables
Reporting; assist with project progress reviews,m aintain process documentation

Key Qualifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent
Fluent English, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Proficiency in JIRA, SAP and SharePoint is an asset

Hourly Rate: up to $25.70/hour
