SAP MM / P2P Associate

Our Client is looking for an SAP MM / P2P Associate to help with Operations Support resource for a 1-year employment contract opportunity.

Start : August 2025

End : July / August 2026

Duration : 1 year

Location : North York, ON

Work Arrangement : Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Responsibilities

This role will provide essential support to the Parts and Accessories Supply Chain, Inside Sales and Warehousing teams during the transition from the legacy system to SAP S / 4HANA. Will perform assigned day-to-day departmental responsibilities to assist and enable identified key staff (SMEs) to focus on critical pre, actual and post Go-live tasks relating to SAP S / 4HANA Project implementation.

• Support data migration and master data setup for material master related objects.
• Assist the procurement dept in all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to KPI reporting and report generation
• Assist the inside sales dept in all aspects of daily operations, including, but not limited to order processing, internal and external inquiries, program administration and reporting.
• Assist the warehouse with data-driven reports and analytics as it relates to the legacy system and as we move into the new system.
• Analyze and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Provide daily operational support for SAP users, including troubleshooting system issues and managing change requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
