Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of our operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless coordination of service schedules, accurate billing and invoicing, and the smooth flow of communication between departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and experienced in administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Coordination
- Provide general administrative support to operations leadership and staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized records including permits, employee documents, vehicle logs, and compliance paperwork.
- Draft, edit, and format documents such as reports, SOPs, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in documentation and procedures.
