Job description

AECOM is hiring a Roadway Contract Administrator  for our team to be based in either our  Sudbury North Bay Sault St.Marie or Barrie ON offices.

This is a full time role expected to begin as soon as possible.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to :

  • Assists the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
  • Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
  • Work with document control systems project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow uptodate and accurate.
  • Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
  • Monitor design changes contractor and subcontractor activities and progress.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of related Contract Administrator experience on three (3) Municipal or Ministry of Transportation projects.
  • University Degree in Civil Engineering or College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
  • OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required.
  • Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ideally 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with WBCMS
  • Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway / structure construction contracts
