POSITION SUMMARY
The Billing Administrator performs all functions related to a billing admin, including compiling, computing, accounting recording and distribution , support the unique and specific admin billing functions for clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain all digital Files and folders for client Invoices
- Invoice distribution to customers through various electronic means (email, web-based portals, etc.)
- Invoice preparation / creation through ERP system (SAP), coordinate with Operations and Sales personnel
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales team to ensure appropriate and accurate invoicing based on customer price lists / agreements / contracts
- Data entry based on understanding customer operational processes
- Respond to customers regarding billing-related questions
- Respond to internal users regarding billing-related questions
- Responding to Centralized Accounts Receivable regarding invoice / credit-related questions
- Coordinate with other member of invoicing billing team
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two year college in Accounting or related field preferred1+ years of previous billing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceOccasional travel either locally, nationally, and / or internationally may be required.High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsStrong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Solid understanding and application of mathematical conceptsAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clientsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and senior managementSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingAbility to work overtime as necessaryPHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
