Join us as a Project Coordinator and become the driving force behind our projects and new product development! Stay on top of project timelines and collaborate closely with clients. As the vital connector between clients and our team, you'll ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in steering our company towards success and growth!
Responsibilities:
- Working with internal teams to develop new products or services that meet client needs.
- Providing samples of products in development, following the product development process with the Quality team, and suggesting improvement to products and process.
- Managing the new product project pipeline, providing technical information to develop new or adapted formula or packaging.
- Help with the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Researching industry trends to identify new opportunities for products or services.
- Providing technical support to customers in the product development process and after sales support.
- Demonstrating how the products works to clients and potential customers
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
- Explaining technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.
- Keeping customers informed about new technology.
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field (chemical);
- A minimum of 2 years of project coordinator experience;
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work;
- Strong interpersonal, organization, teamwork and communication skills;
- Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Aerosol technology knowledge;
- Technical sales experience in CMC.
Compensation:
- $70-$80K
- Company comprehensive benefit plan after 3 months of employment;
- Pension after one year;
- Ongoing training and development.
