It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.

Role Summary:

The Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst supports the FPCRA organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and controllership support across the full finance cycle — from actuals through forecast and outlook.

The role works as a cross-functional finance analyst, combining elements of planning & forecasting, controllership review, and performance analytics, and helps ensure that FPCRA Leads and Controllers receive accurate and timely information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Actuals, Reporting & Controllership Support

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close by reviewing financial results, variances, and balance sheet movements.

  • Perform analytical reviews to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of actuals.

  • Support documentation, reconciliations, and evidence required for controls and audits.

Planning, Forecasting & Outlook

  • Support review of plan, forecast, and update cycles, including phasing, assumptions, and scenario analysis, working closely with P&F analysts.

  • Analyze movements between actuals, forecast, and plan, explaining key drivers.

  • Help ensure consistency between reported results and forward-looking outlooks.

Performance Analytics & Insight

  • Prepare management reporting packs, dashboards, and analytics for FPCRA Leads and stakeholders.

  • Translate financial data into clear insights and analysis.

  • Support Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) and other governance forums.

Cross FPCRA Collaboration

  • Work closely with Commercial Controllers, QSC Controllers, Accounting & COE teams, and Compliance Leads.

  • Support issue resolution and process improvements across FPCRA streams.

  • Act as a reviewer and liaison for COE-delivered outputs where applicable.

Process Improvement & Capability Building

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and close processes.

  • Support standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to ongoing improvement of FPCRA ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, etc. are an advantage) background.

  • 2 years of experience in financial controlling and planning roles within multinational companies.

  • Knowledge of controllership, accounting, financial planning, and forecasting; understanding P&L and balance sheet.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to work within control frameworks.

  • Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.

  • Experience in a hub-based or shared services finance model is an advantage.

  • Exposure to FP&A tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.

Why Haleon?

  • Career at one of the leading global healthcare companies.

  • Attractive reward package (annual bonus & awards for outstanding performance, recognition awards for additional achievements and engagement).

  • Extensive support of work life balance (flexible working solutions including working from home possibilities, health & wellbeing activities).

  • Private medical care - the cost of the basic package is financed by Haleon. In addition, candidates can extend the selected package to family members and/or partner and purchase the Senior package.

  • P4P Partnership for Prevention.

  • Family benefits (extra parental leave, caregiver’s policy).

  • Life insurance and pension plan.

  • Multisport card or points on the Multicafeteria Benefits account

  • Personalized learning approach.

  • Supportive community and integration events.

  • Modern office with creative rooms.
