Implementation Engineer

Were looking for an Implementation Engineer who is energized by solving complex integration challenges and excited to deliver scalable, technically sound solutions to our enterprise partners. In this role, youll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeedwhile shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact :

As an Implementation Engineer, you'll work with our Chief Revenue Officer, as well as cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to :

• Serve as the technical lead for remote and on-site deployments of the Vendasta platform, translating customer use cases into practical platform implementations and integrations.
• Partner with customer engineering teams to align on architecture and ensure successful technical outcomes through hands-on enablement.
• Maintain and develop technical documentation including deployment playbooks, integration guides, and reusable implementation resources.
• Apply deep architectural thinking to build scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions for enterprise deployments.
• Identify and address technical friction, influence product roadmaps through structured feedback, and raise engineering quality through field-driven insights.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to drive alignment between internal teams and customer goals, especially in technically ambiguous situations.
• Integrate and champion the use of AI tools in development workflows and customer-facing deployments, supporting faster time-to-value and developer productivity.

What You Bring to the Table :

You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Software Development, or an implementation roleideally in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. Youve worked directly with customers on high-impact technical projects and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous technical environments. You possess :
