We are strengthening our presence in our communities, particularly on the South Shore, North Shore, and the Island of Montreal.We are looking for a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant.Your responsibilities will include :
Developing your own client portfolio in a specific geographical area (SMEs and groups across all industries), from prospecting to meetings, negotiations, and client loyalty.
Providing solutions to your candidates and clients through your sector expertise and knowledge of various roles.
Independently sourcing profiles via our CRM (developed specifically for FED on Salesforce), job boards, professional networks, and direct approaches.
Building trust-based relationships with your candidates by supporting them in their professional journey : conducting interviews, providing guidance for client interviews, etc.
Recommending candidates to your clients based on their respective projects and needs.Your profile :
A graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or equivalent, and bilingual (French / English).
You are persistent, have a sense of excellence, and enjoy seeing your initiatives through to completion.
You are known for your ability to persuade others through listening and effective argumentation.
You are pragmatic, often adopting a concrete and results-oriented approach.
You have previous professional experience in the Greater Montreal area.What we offer :
