We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions. I'm looking for a QA Analyst for one of our customers in Longueuil. This is a permanent position, in hybrid mode. Salary varies according to experience ($75,000 to $95,000). Your responsibilities will include : Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's services and processes, as well as of the entire range of applications, in particular the ERP system, which forms the core of operations. Document tasks and knowledge acquired, contributing to organizational memory Validate application developments to minimize the risk of bugs during deployment. Collaborate with the business analyst to clarify requirements when necessary. Identify gaps in specifications and contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria. Work with Scrum team to determine readiness of requirements prior to development. Develop test strategies and write scenarios to ensure quality of functionality. Document test results and perform manual testing (automated testing is also an asset). Validate developments for final user approval. Participate in the analysis and resolution of application incidents. Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science Approximately 4 years' experience in an IT development or testing team Experience with automated testing solutions Certification in agility / scrum / DevOps - an asset Experience with Epicor or another ERP system - an asset Experience in a manufacturing environment - an asset The company offers a competitive salary, benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick days), flexible working conditions and 3 weeks' vacation.
