Job description

The Role:

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The QA Tester will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and work closely with developers and product teams to deliver flawless releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and performance.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects and validate fixes.
  • Ensure software meets business requirements, usability standards, and security guidelines.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide input on quality considerations.
  • (If automation QA) Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting new testing approaches and tools.


Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Engineering or IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
